In the changing times, only traditional education is not useful for the overall development of students and their future life, that is why skill-based education has gained immense importance. Also, India is one of the countries with the largest youth population in the world and 62 percent of the total population in India is of working age. It is likely to increase further in the next decade. For this, it is necessary to provide skill-based training compatible with modern technology to the candidates of the young age group and make them employable and productive. To overcome this situation, the institution is working to make unemployed youth and women employed and self-employed by training them in various fields according to their needs. The institute is doing remarkable work under the Skill India initiative of the Government of India by providing Maharashtra State Board of Vocational Education & Training Examination (MSBVET) and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) certified skill training to the students.Morya Samajik Pratishthan provides training in various practical-based courses to the students, which includes more than 15 courses. The institute is constantly striving to enable the youth from the disadvantaged sections of the society to stand on their own feet through jobs or businesses and improve their financial condition. For this, the institute is successfully fulfilling its moral responsibility of providing job opportunities to students by providing skill development training to government agencies, social institutions, educational institutions, as well as Bajaj Finserv (CSR), and SOS Children’s Village India (CSR) schemes. Along with this, guidance is being provided through various institutions to students who want to start their own business. Also, keeping in mind the needs of the industrial sector, the institute is doing the important work of designing specific courses as per the requirement and training them from expert trainers, making the youth skilled and providing them with the best opportunities in the industrial sector.
