Morya Samajik Pratishthan is a Pune-based grassroots non-governmental organization with over 31 years of extensive experience in driving inclusive and sustainable community development. Since its establishment in 1995, the organization has consistently worked at the intersection of skill development, healthcare, women empowerment, disaster management and sustainable livelihoods. With a strong commitment to creating measurable social impact, the organization has successfully trained more than 7,000 youth and women, particularly in paramedical and vocational sectors, enabling them to secure dignified employment and achieve economic independence.

The organization operates through a well-structured, CSR-ready and SDG-aligned model that ensures scalability, transparency and accountability in all its interventions. Its programs are designed using a data-driven and outcome-oriented approach, focusing on delivering tangible results such as increased employability, improved income levels, enhanced health awareness and strengthened community resilience. What We Do?

1. Paramedical and Skill Development Education

The organization runs paramedical and vocational courses through institutions such as Kailasabhau Chandgude Paramedical College, Shri Morya Institute of Paramedical Health Science, Chinchwad, and Loknete MLA Laxman Jagtap Paramedical College, Sangvi. These institutes offer government-recognized diploma and certificate courses approved by the Maharashtra State Board of Skill, Vocational Education and Training and related bodies.
Training is practical-oriented, supported by well-equipped laboratories, smart classrooms, hospital visits, health camps, and project assignments. Students receive guidance on interview skills, personality development, and career readiness, with campus placement assistance and linkages to leading hospitals.

Morya Samajik Pratishthan is affiliated and recognized by key institutions including the Maharashtra State Board of Skill, Vocational Education and TrainingTilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, PuneMaharashtra State Skill Development Society, and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Research and Training Institute (BARTI). The NGO is registered under the Bombay Public Charitable Trust Act, holds registration number MH9961-95 Pune and F11530 Pune, and enjoys income tax exemptions under sections 12AA and 80G, enabling supporters to contribute with tax benefits.

The organization is led by a dedicated Board of Trustees and a professional management team that ensures transparent, ethical, and impact-driven operations. Under the leadership of President Dr. Ganesh M. Ambike and supported by key members such as Treasurer Dr. Rakhi A. Zope, the team oversees program design, implementation, financial accountability, and partnerships.

Specialized units manage training, community outreach, and CSR projects, with field coordinators and trainers working closely with students and communities across Pune district. Governance is guided by principles of integrity, accountability, and community participation, with regular audits and compliance with government norms.

Morya Samajik Pratishthan implements comprehensive vocational, paramedical, technical and non-technical skill development programs aimed at reducing unemployment and promoting sustainable livelihoods. The organization provides structured training for underprivileged youth, along with career counseling, placement support and entrepreneurship guidance. Through collaborations with government bodies and institutions such as BARTI and ARTI, the organization also facilitates scholarships, mobilization and access to skill development schemes, ensuring wider outreach and inclusion.

2. Healthcare Access & Paramedical Training

The organization strengthens community health systems by training skilled paramedical professionals who serve both rural and urban underserved populations. Alongside training, it actively supports National Health Programs (NHM) by promoting maternal and child healthcare, vaccination drives, TB and HIV/AIDS awareness and access to primary healthcare services. Specialized initiatives such as eye care camps, cataract support and preventive health awareness further contribute to improving overall public health outcomes.
