About CSR Projects

Our organization, Morya Samajik Pratishthan, designs and implements CSR projects that support education, employability, health, women empowerment, and youth development in urban and rural communities around Pune.

We run community-based learning activities, digital and financial literacy sessions, school support initiatives, and livelihood-oriented training that help beneficiaries gain practical skills and confidence.

Our programs engage local youth and women through structured training, mentorship, and on-ground initiatives that improve employability, encourage self-reliance, and open new livelihood opportunities.

Implementation Methodology

Mobilization

Enrollment of unemployed youth for various skill development programs.

Counselling

Counselling, prescreening and orientation process is conducted to recognize backdground knowledge and interest of candidate.

Skilling

Training are conducted based on 70% Practical and 30% Theory in all courses.

Assessment

Final Assessment of the candidates conducted in a manner of Theory and Practical Exam.

Certification

MSP awards Certificate of competency to successful candidates.

Placement

Candidates are offered jobs after successful completion of course and necessary evalution.
